Living Love at Ronald McDonald House
Over the weekend nine of our youth and adult leaders prepared a spaghetti dinner and served roughly thirty people currently staying at the Ronald McDonald House (East) located near All Children's Hospital. At the RMH, some families often stay a single night if their child has treatment the following day, however all residents are welcome to stay as long their need exists. Following dinner and cleanup, our youth participated in a "Karaoke night" that frequently occurs on the weekends for RMH residents.
Our students took advantage of the unique opportunity by singing, dancing, and laughing with other teens that were anxiously awaiting appointments and treatment at All Children's Hospital this week. Overall, it was a great to see our youth and families Living Loveand building relationships with the residents at RMH. Please keep the patients at All Children's Hospital in your prayers!
