The Amigos Center, located in Immokalee, Florida, provides services for local farm workers to help them integrate into American society.  These services include food and clothing distribution, English tutoring and computer skills. The Amigos Center is a Christian organization dedicated to helping people spiritually and physically.

Our Savior made our initial journey to the Amigos Center in April of 2011. Since then, we have made more than a dozen trips back to drop off donations and help distribute food.

On Mission Immokalee days, the bus leaves Our Savior St. Pete at 7:00 am and returns at 5:00 pm. Sign-up sheets for the bus trip are available in the Narthex in the weeks prior to the trip.

Our Savior's mission in Ukraine is centered around spreading the love of Christ and providing support to communities in need. Our goal is to serve as a beacon of hope by offering practical assistance and spiritual guidance to those who seek it. Our dedicated team of volunteers works tirelessly to build relationships and serve the people of Ukraine, providing education, healthcare, and other essential services. Whether through direct aid or community development programs, our mission in Ukraine is a testament to the transformative power of faith and the impact that can be made when people come together to make a difference.

Southwest of Medellin, Colombia, nestled between coffee plantations, rolling hills and lush greenery, is the small town of Venecia, Antioquia. The centerpiece of Venecia is the Iglesia de San Jose (Church of St. Joseph) which overlooks the town square and is truly the center of activity in the town. This tranquil setting is home to wonderful, loving, and Christian people. Here we will have the opportunity to work side by side, worship, and immerse ourselves in a misunderstood culture.

Presently Our Savior Lutheran Church has provided funding to help in the repair of the two roof towers, which were littered with holes and rot. At the moment we are assessing what the most pressing and important needs of the congregation are, and the best way in which we can help. Then in the near future, we will be able to bring groups of people to Live Love. This will be the perfect chance for us to not only share the love of Jesus but to educate all the parties concerned on a misunderstood land and people.
